With a degree in Creative Writing from Northridge State University, Desi Lenc writes speculative fiction and non-fiction at the intersection of spirituality and wellness. She is the organizer and moderator for Beyond Borders, a multicultural book club for writers. Her passion for assisting writers in exploring their creativity led her to the operations manager position at Resource For Writers. Desi has participated in various readings and panels around the Bay Area, including FogCon, Lit Quake, Beast Crawl, and FIYAH Magazine’s An Afrofuturist Reading. She regularly shares her reading suggestions and dream information on Instagram and Tik Tok @desi_lenc. You can find her writing in Midnight & Indigo, Spirituality & Health Magazine, and Outcast’s Mag. She’s currently working on her first novel and a guided dream journal.
