Each night we’re offered an abundance of creative material for our writing through dreams.
In Capturing The Dreamscape: Using Your Dreams to Spark Your Writing, we’ll establish a dream journaling practice, learn ways to incorporate our dreams in writing, explore how to use dream themes in our stories, discuss techniques to create vivid descriptions, and share our experiences and writing.
This class is part dream circle and part writing group for women looking to deepen their relationship with the subconscious and work with the vibrant imagery of their dreams.
We’ll develop a piece of writing inspired by our dreams to share. We’ll also complete in-class exercises to get comfortable writing in dream logic. Are you ready to see what your subconscious wants to bring forth in your writing?
All class meetings will be held via Zoom. The link to join your Zoom classroom will be provided on the morning of your class. Please check spam folders if you do not receive an email confirmation upon registration. For more information on how to download or use Zoom, please click here.

Meeting One: We’ll learn how creatives have used dreams in their work, how to use our dreams in our writing, complete writing exercises to help us get in touch with dream logic, and expand on a dream brought to class. We’ll get to know each other and our experiences with dreamwork and have opportunities for questions and sharing of experiences
