Chántelle Adanna Agbro is a Nigerian-American soulful multi-hyphenate — a poet with purpose, a publisher with power, and a coach with Christ at the center. Since the age of 10, writing has been her lifeline — a sacred thread woven through every storm and every triumph. Today, her work reaches across borders and challenges norms, centering the unapologetic healing of women around the world.
With bylines in Essence, Shondaland, iHeart Radio, BakersNews Field Observer, Chántelle doesn’t just write — she disrupts. She calls out the silence surrounding our pain and dares women to heal out loud. From building literary sanctuaries for women of color to curating raw, faith-filled spaces through words, movement, and workshops, she is redefining what it means to turn reflection into radical action.
Whether she’s hosting an emotional wellness experience, guiding a writer toward their breakthrough, or speaking hard truths with layered looks and layered faith — she shows up with heart, hustle, and holy intention. She’s a walking anthology of testimony, transformation, and tenacity.
Her debut works, My Soul Told On Me and The Rebel Journal, are more than books — they’re healing companions designed to help you write your way back to wholeness and reclaim your voice.

From Reflection to Action: A Healing Workshop for Black women writers | 4-Week Online Writing Workshop
You’ve journaled. You’ve reflected. But now what?
From Reflection to Action is a transformative course designed to help you move beyond the page — and into your power. This course is for women who are done simply writing about their pain, dreams, and truths…and are ready to live them out.
Drawing inspiration from the unapologetic wisdom of Toni Morrison, the soul-stirring courage of Maya Angelou, and the timeless truths of Scripture, this experience guides you through writing as a practice of both self-discovery and spiritual alignment, via a blend of guided writing prompts, scriptural reflection, mindful self-awareness exercises, and strategic next steps.
This course is for you if you’re familiar with journaling and reflection but feel stuck in “thinking” and crave the courage to do. It’s for the woman who’s inspired by the literary and spiritual legacy of Black women — and knows her own voice deserves to take up space.
Because healing doesn’t end on the page. The real story begins when you start living it — anchored in faith, guided by purpose.

Course Skeleton
- Week 1: Writing the Truth: Acknowledging Where You Are - We begin by getting radically honest with ourselves, naming what’s real and uncovering the truths we’ve been too afraid to speak. This week lays the foundation of self-awareness, inspired by the bold storytelling of Morrison and Angelou, and invites you to face your own story with courage
- Week 2: Releasing What You’ve Been Carrying -
This week is all about letting go. We’ll confront the emotional weight we’ve been holding — the pain, fear, and doubt — and learn how to release it through faith and writing. You’ll experience the freedom that comes from surrendering what no longer serves you - Week 3: Envisioning Your Next Chapter - With clarity and space created, we’ll turn our focus to the future. This week invites you to imagine the woman you’re becoming, boldly envisioning your next chapter. Through creative prompts and faith-filled visioning, you’ll begin crafting a new story rooted in purpose and possibility
- Week 4: Putting Faith in Motion - In our final week, we move from reflection to action. You’ll identify your next steps and create a simple, intentional plan to honor your healing and growth. Together, we’ll close by affirming your commitment to walk forward in faith, courage, and wholeness.
