There is nothing quite as frustrating as having a great idea or story, and not being able to find the “right” direction or “right” words for a scene — or for the entirety of the piece. Whether you have been putting pen to page for a screenplay, a script, an essay, a novel, or a speech, bring what you have to class to get “unstuck.”

Through a handful of helpful exercises and prompts that you can use time and time again long after the class is over, you will slowly untangle and crystalize your “big idea” or get clear on a scene within your story. Time to get back to the drawing board — and making it fun while learning storytelling skills in the process.

Open to beginner and intermediate writers.

All class meetings will be held via Zoom. The link to join your Zoom classroom will be provided on the morning of your class. Please check spam folders if you do not receive an email confirmation upon registration. For more information on how to download or use Zoom, please click here.
